The is a world wide market for oil and gas, it is not US centered. However additional commodity will increase supply which should reduce the price.

The advantage of the Keystone pipeline is the jobs to build it and maintain it. That is LOCAL US jobs.

US production is production outside of OPEC, and therefore is pro competitive.
The advantage of the Keystone pipeline is the jobs to build it and maintain it. That is LOCAL US jobs.
True. But equally, it is Canadian production - which likewise is outside OPEC, and therefore pro-competitive.
