Well, I agree totally that America needs it's own industries, but how will that work, exactly?

You can't pay prevailing (union) wages in the US when China has workers willing to be paid $3 per hour to do the same work.

It's business, and it's reality.

Now we are considering raising minimum wage jobs in the US to $15 per hour.

Sure that may make liberals feel better about themselves, but again, economics.

Now you have the situation of a job, making Big Macs in America that can't be "outsourced" to India.

The result will be MORE US unemployment.

If you can't provide even a local employer the value of what you produce, you are going to get fired and/or the business goes under.

The answer is to completely and absolutely get rid of liberal policies that harm American industries, such as corporate taxes.

Slash them severely.

Cut them from 40% to Ireland's level, 12%

Abolish this minimum wage nonsense.

Seal the border so that illegal aliens cannot undermine American wages.

Just saying.

We hired three new drywall haulers. Only one lasted three days. The rest quit on the first day. Why work when the gov. will take care of you.

US manufacturers do not pay union wages 90% of the time. Only 10% of the MANUFACTURING workforce is in a union.
