The tapes themselves are proof of a conspiracy by persons not yet known to seize control of the team.

The dweeb Silver ‘s “Investigation” which lasted all of three days and basically consisted of asking Sterling if it was his voice, is pathetic.

Silver never asked who made the tapes or where they came from, inexcusable from a legal perspective, and exposes the NBA as co-conspirators when they force sale of the team based on illegally obtained evidence.

If Sterling takes this to court, the NBA is screwed big time, and I’m not talking just about the civil case, but a criminal case against the slut and anybody who helped her.

Sterling is not only going to get his billion, he is probably going to destroy Silver too.

The woman claimed she made them with his permission. There is no evidence someone else is involved. Sterling gave a comment to a magazine and he didn't say that the tape was made illegally. Maybe it was, but so far there is no evidence. Why wouldn't Sterling claim it was made illegally if it was?

Sterling confirmed it was his voice, correct? Silver never asked who made the tapes or where they came from, inexcusable from a legal perspective, and exposes the NBA as co-conspirators when they force sale of the team based on illegally obtained evidence.

I doubt that would make them a co-conspirator. From the NBA's perspective, they were protecting their business interests. If Sterling takes this to court, the NBA is screwed big time, and I’m not talking just about the civil case, but a criminal case against the slut and anybody who helped her.

Is there any evidence that Sterling "dumped" this woman. From the magazine he made comments to, it appears as if she is still his "girlfriend." I think that severely complicates what you said above. Sterling has a terrible track record in court. He suffered a large fine for business practices, and he paid out a decent settlement to an executive he abused. Also, do you really think the NBA doesn't have lawyers too? Sterling is not only going to get his billion, he is probably going to destroy Silver too.

I personally would love to see Silver and his mentor David Stern be disgraced. But I don't think Donald Sterling is the hero you seem to. I'd love to see all three of them in exile on a remote island. Also, you fail to not Sterling was a close crony of Stern and Silver.
