I would add one additional caveat: you can’t vote unless you are a net payer of income taxes. If you’re not writing a check on 15 April, you have no say in how that $3 trillion in government revenue is spent.

That would be an easier “sell” to the public, but enforcement would be nearly impossible. I don’t disagree with you, though.

With regard to why China and Russia would not pursue this war:

If a Republican were in charge, they would at least be mindful of a need for national defense. Obviously, a President Ted Cruz would be preferable to a President Jeb Bush, but at least they would have more resolve than this traitor in office we have now.

So in their plans, the optimal time for attack would be right around June of 2016, after Obama has thoroughly ignored a GOP-controlled Congress (unless the RINO’s run both houses still) and strictly kept his pen and phone for a year and a half. At that time, this country would be entirely polarized and more separated than the civil war, or even just prior to the American Revolution.

Every time the GOP tries to get military expenditures to go up, the veto pen will kill the bill, and that’s how we get our depleted missile capacity. A bill to shore up defenses on the fragile electronic grid will get the same stroke of the pen, with MSNBC trumpeting ANOTHER “grown-up Obama telling the silly GOP boys to settle down.” More of the same while the press worries more about “bombastic” Ted Cruz or whatnot.

Then, the Schlichter Scenario happens.

I only have ONE change to the ending. The terms of Obama’s “surrender” is that he remains “president” of the US indefinitely, and that the Constitution is suspended. Obama will have his presidency for life, and with the “consortium” of China and Russia “guiding” his path, Obama will “convince” the low info voters that the Republicans Greed led to this situation.

The only thing Obama will regret is that he was unable to take away our guns. But DHS and the non-military federales will have over 3 billion rounds, so the takeover of the country on the ground will be lengthy. But with Russian and Chinese help, and the rest of the world’s permission after the NSA crap, it will be over.

Sorry, got a little carried away. I knew we could weather four years of Obama from a national defense standpoint, but not eight.

One more item. If Obama surrenders, I would hope the military and operatives such as the CIA would terminate the link in the Chain of Command and remain faithful to the Constitution, understanding that with the surrender, Obama relinquishes his control of the military, and that somehow our brave forces can carry on the fight. The only problem is that the officer ranks of the military would be tainted by the last few years of Obama removing the good men and replacing them with his PC officers. But I have faith in the basic military fighter to overcome that bias.
