He’s back!

A squatter who broke into a soldier‘s home after he was deployed to Afghanistan and defiantly refused to leave hastily moved out two weeks ago when community outrage came to bear, but it now looks as if his decision to leave was only temporary.

Honestly. Is law enforcement in FL no match for a homeless squatter? Deport him to some God-forsaken country and let him try squatting there.

I don’t understand this it all. Suppose my car is in my driveway. And I see a stranger is sitting in my car. If I call the police, they will certainly come and pull the stranger out of my car.

Yet the cops will not respond to a house break-in?

This is Pasco county we’re talking about. Pasco is the meth capital of west central Florida. The LEOs have their hands full.

The guy is a career criminal. Jump him one night, bag his head and carry him off to never be seen again.

Why doesnt the legal owner of this house LEGALLY authorize someone to live in it -housesit-till his return? Give them the right to DEFEND the home and shoot dead anyone trying to break in? A relative,a friend, armed would end this once and for all.

Your analogy doesn't match the situation.

You see a stranger sitting in your neighbors car. He claims he has permission to be there.

Are the police still going to pull him out?

Maybe one of the neighbors could arrange a Tar-N-Feathers Taxi for this bum. Including a free trip out of town on a greased rail.

Leftist administrations don’t care about this kind of thing. They don’t believe in private property, and think the intruder has a right to just waltz right in and take what is ‘rightfully’ his.

I'm rather sure they would. The stranger has no valid explanation for being in the car. And what's more important, the neighbors say - with certainty - that he doesn't belong there.

I'm not saying the cops would arrest him. What I am saying is that they would check further (in a sane city, anyway).

You see a stranger sitting in your neighbors car. He claims he has permission to be there. Are the police still going to pull him out?

I show the police the car title, showing I own the car. I then tell the occupier, in front of the police, "You do not have my permission to be in my car". Any permissions I may have previously given are at that point cancelled. The police should then remove him from my car.

showing I own the car

That is not the situation. I'm not saying he belongs there. But from what I can tell, the actual owner has not been involved in the conversation.

hehehehe

WHY SHARKS CIRCLE before attacking.

2 Great White Sharks swimming in the ocean spotted survivors of a sunken ship. “Follow me son,” the father said.

“First we swim around the a few times with our fins showing. Okay, then we can eat everybody.” And they did.

After the meal, the son asked, “Why do we have to swim around them so many time before we eat them?”

“Because,” the father answered. “They taste better if we scare the crap out of them first!!”
