Oregon State has fired men's basketball coach Craig Robinson, the brother of First Lady Michelle Obama, according to Sports Illustrated.

Craig Robinson, who guided the team to a 93-104 record in six years, has three more years remaining on this contract and the university is expected to owe him more than $4 million. The magazine cited unnamed sources with knowledge of the situation.

He was hired from stimulus money and stayed there for fear of funding cuts. Easily the worst coach in the league.

Pray America wakes up

Now she's back to no longer being proud of the country.

He was hired in April 2008. I don’t think there was any stimulus money back then.

Put one of michelle's wigs on him and there's not a lot of difference.

You'd be able to tell when they walked away - mooch's butt is a lot bigger.

He's better looking than Michelle!

Also the good news is that since he has ripped off the Oregon taxpayers for $4 million, he won't have to move in with Mama at the White House and rip off all the US taxpayers.

Sports is one of the few remaining areas where competence (or lack thereof) still matters.

Compare eye sockets. Boy's LEFT eye (the eye on our RIGHT). Compare the cheek/nose/eyebrow (the 'socket') to the adult Craig Robinson. Same eye socket. Same person, folks.

Check out Loop Enterprises and its connection to a pay for play scheme out of Philly. Loop was paying Senator B 5,000 per for his work before he was appointed to take 0 seat. He knows how to play the Chicago way!

As an OSU alum all I can say is ‘about damn time’. Maybe I can even consider the possibility of cheering for them again.

Maybe they are trying to find a landing zone for the wonderful one when he gets booted out of office.

Actually the WH sent 1.5 million grant to the college and his salary was 1.5 million for 3 years. If you believe it was a coincidence you must believe Benghazi was caused by a video.

What were his credentials before getting hired? Was he a decent coach, or merely the brother-in-law of the Democrat nominee for President?

It is hard to tell whether he was a good coach or not. He didn’t do so well at recruiting, and that is the biggest factor in PAC 12 basketball. His teams played hard and were never pushovers (my view as a UW fan). He never made an ass out of himself. I think we should judge him on his own merits rather than assume he is guilty by association.

Unless the contract is between U.S. citizens and nobama. He can break the contract every day and suffer no consequences.

“Put one of michelle’s wigs on him and there’s not a lot of difference.”

You’re right. They both have that same dumb, vacant stare.

What we don’t know, however, if he—like Moochelle—is capable of giving that Aunt Esther evil eye look.
