I’m not overweight, but I agree with you. Carbs shouldn’t be cut out entirely; our bodies do need a certain amount, and you don’t want to harm your kidneys. But if you limit them and stop worrying about fat, you can eat as much as you want and not gain weight.

And I keep a supply of Dove dark chocolate, too. :)
