Simple solution:
In the FY 2015 budget, allocate ZERO dollars to any Federal department or agency which has not responded to subpoenas.
After all, all budgets MUST originate in the House. . . and if Justice, State, HHS, etc decide not to comply with the lawful requests of the House. . . .shut them down. Completely.
People have been screaming “DEFUND” for a long time, but the stinkin’ Republicans don’t have the nuts to do it.
Nothing is going to change until they are willing to risk their “lives, fortunes, and sacred honor.”
