By all indications, we were already finding the weapons in Libya (which had no shortage!) and helping get them to Al Qaeda (and assorted other Islamists) through Turkey.
Money didn’t have to change hands. We were just facilitating AL QAEDA ON BOTH ENDS, Libya and Syria.
