What’s with “Western Colonization” 50 million people. What does that include?

That’s just since 1900. Between Romans, Mayans, Mongol Emperors, Muslim caliphs, Russian tsars, Spanish kings and conquistadors, and Chinese warlords, I’d guess the number is a lot higher. It’s amazing the species has survived the invention of government.

Not really. Populations *without government* lose a lot more to violence. That was part of the wisdom of the founders. Government is necessary, it is a question of how to limit it to necessary functions without letting it get out of control.

I highly recommend “War before Civilization” to understand this.

Meh. I’m sure famine is probably the top killer of all time, followed by smallpox (over one billion killed by this monstrosity), the flu, small scale murders and then government killings. Close enough.

Government killings are different. Wars and such, including genocide, are intentional acts of man on man.

Islam is responsible for roughly 250,000,000 deaths since 632 AD, by the way.

Just one more reason why the #1 priority for the Right must be to unite in favor of the candidate most committed to taking down the monster $4 trillion government before it takes us down.

Dr. Rummel’s “Power Kills” democide web page needs to be linked on this thread.

http://www.hawaii.edu/powerkills/welcome.html

“Dedicated to those who are not yet living in freedom, who suffer repression, regime-made famine, torture, gulags, and fear for their lives and those of their loved ones; and thanks to the internet, have reached this home page.”

The 20th Century Democide page is particularly worthwhile.
