I am VA rated 100% P&T, and if you do not know what P&T is, you have no business bad mouthing the VA. My base care unit is Wade Park in Cleveland. Is it perfect? Hell no, but neither am I. Any appointment I need is scheduled usually within 2-3 weeks. These are just general appointments, nothing for serious/life threatening situations. Very, very, seldom, do I have to wait over 20 minutes to see the health care person. I must make the same comments about the out patient clinic I go to in New Philadelphia. No slackards, grouchy faces, non caring people there either. All in all I am very pleased with the VA. I wouldn’t be alive without them.

The report detailed objective conditions at another location.

Are you telling these guys they're wrong, and that there were no unconscionable delays? That they're mistaken somehow?

One of my aunts died in England while the UK's National Health played games deep-listing her for hip replacements. They were waiting for her to die so they wouldn't have to do the op. They won. People in bureaucratic environments do play games, and my aunt got the shirt that proves it.
