Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russian troops have pulled back from the Ukrainian border, and is urging separatists in eastern Ukraine to postpone Sunday's referendum on secession.
Pentagon Spokesman Col. Steve Warren told Fox News the U.S. has "seen no change in Russian force posture along the Ukrainian border.

Gazprom said today that Ukraine failed to pay for April natgas deliveries.
And the Chechens and Don Cossacks? Are they being withdrawn also?
A lot of indications of more Russian planned violence in Ukraine on Victory Day. Putin is just distancing himself from that.
The Russian national unlawful combatants and arms continue flowing freely in to Ukraine. When that stops we will know what Putin says is true.
Then I guess that means Putin is going to invade shortly.
