They want to change South Carolina’s carry permit laws to require more training in order to get a permit. How much more training does the guy need? I mean he got his man and without hitting any bystanders! That is better then most cops.

Excellent point. The guy did pretty good, putting all rounds on target but I think he gets demerits because he didn’t cap the other perp. All in all not a bad performance though.
