Paid to watch porn? An independent watchdog has found that an EPA employee downloaded more than 7,000 pornographic files onto his work computer and viewed them between two and six hours each day while at work. [ ]
Its hard to believe. If it werent so tragic, it would be funny, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) told Greta Van Susteren on tonights On The Record.
He said that the EPA worker remains on the job and was even paid bonuses.

He was just learning how to screw business in more ways.
Yes, and for government drones, "boners" are also built into contracts.
BTW, what does a public employee have to do to get a "bonus"?
Meet their correct quota of citizens they harass?
I didn’t know federal government employees were looking at porn on the job but I know several that spend all day on sports websites. The only time they quit posting on these chit chat boards is when they go home on their personal time.
Federal government employees should not be allowed to visit websites unrelated to their job while on the taxpayers clock.
The computers are taxpayers property and they are on the taxpayers clock.
“Thats 2-6 hours a day he wasnt harassing some small business owner.”
Precisely. I’d rather they all follow his lead in that cesspool of tormentors! Better use of our tax dollars with the perv...

I vote to have all EPA employees watch porn every “working” minute of the day.
He was studying the effects of porn on global warming.
You forgot to take time off for his hour lunch and two 15 mi. breaks. The bar gets even lower.
He was checking to see if they smoke after sex...
I don’t know if I would go so far as to say “typical” but certainly I’d describe the perv as “all too common.” See post #12.
If it’s gay porn, he/she will get promoted.
