The bar is pretty low. If he has even the standard level of intelligence he may be able to do more “work” in the two hours he is not watching porn than your average EPA employee can do in 8.
I don’t know if I would go so far as to say “typical” but certainly I’d describe the perv as “all too common.” See post #12.
