I always hear liberals say that Planned Parenthood is not focused on abortion. They say that they do pap smears and health screenings. And that they counsel girls on ALL of their options when faced with pregnancy. And that Planned Parenthood clinics are a major health center for poor women, because many don’t get any health care elsewhere. That’s what the liberals say anyway.

The name, “Planned Parenthood” is inaccurate.
The organization should properly be named: “Planned Parent Prevention”.

Local news carried interviews of women who were touting clinics in the Houston area who provide health screenings, blood work, pap smears, IV and HIV testing all for $48.00. Apparently for those who make too much money to have a subsidized insurance plan but have too little money to pay for their insurance coverage.

Considering that a complete work-up including blood work can cost upwards of a $1,000 I wonder if the tax payer is subsidizing yet another program. We already subsidize PP. Since they say they provide these same services, why not use them instead?

Abortions reduce the number of Obamatron voters from what that number would have been.
