McConnell crushing rebel Fund
The Hill ^ | May 8, 2014 | Alexandra Jaffe

Mitch McConnell may have neutered the Senate Conservatives Fund.

The organization, founded by former Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) to defeat or dragoon the GOP’s old guard into stauncher conservatism, appears to have been silenced.

That’s in line with a warning handed down by the Senate minority leader, who told the SCF after it endorsed his primary challenger, Matt Bevin, that the establishment would “crush [it] everywhere.”

Read the whole article and take note.

I am supporting conservative candidates directly including Bevin in KY.

If the SCF is backing off races like SC to defeat Graham then send your support direct to the strongest opponent of Graham, Lee Bright.

There’s only one possibly conservative party in this country, and we have to take the Republican party back from the liberals.

Fight forever.

We’ve been getting two to three conservatives per cycle against the wishes of the party. In 2010, it was Rubio, Lee, Paul. Other could be counted such as Ayoette in NH, but I think that was a joint effort. In 2012, it was Cruz and Deb Fischer. Others were mutual, like Ron Johnson, Kaisich, etc. If we get Sasse and one other this cycle, our success rate is much along the lines of the past. NC was one I thought we could win. The incumbents have been protected with money.

We’ve pretty much picked off one incumbent per cycle...Utah in 2010 and Lugar in 2012. Thad Chocran is the only real possibility this time. SC hasn’t presented a worthy alternative yet and Bevin has been beaten down to protect the minority leader.

They could spend thousands on me alone and I’d still vote for Bevin. Money isn’t everything. Sadly, it’s probably enough.

send your support direct to the strongest opponent of Graham, Lee Bright.....I’m getting, literally, hundreds of political ads for Bevins, Joni whoever, you name it (or them). How the hell do I know WHO I’m giving to? Are these political scams who are scamming me? I won’t give to anyone, period unless I can give the check to his/her hand. I’m done.

McConnell better realize that while people like me will virtually NEVER vote for a Democrat I and others have the option to STAY HOME.
Go ahead, Mitch, criticize me, villify me, curse me, ignore me, reject my support and vote, snuggle up to the left, and see where you end up. It won’t be victorious in office.
Do you and your have any plans for AFTER office? Might be a good idea. The GOP(e) seems to have become the ENABLERS of the Democrats.

"NC was one I thought we could win."

It was mathematicaly impossible to beat one Gope candidate with four people running against him.

Three needed to drop out. Even if they were still on the ballot, they could have asked their supporters to back whoever had the highest percentage . That's the only way to win.

Matt Bevin is looking for a moneybomb right now to run his latest ad highlighting McConnell’s past comments where he said that the debt and spending needed to be dealt with in Washington.

Here’s where you can donate:

Vile oligarch! I hope the people of Kentucky remove him from power one way or the other this year! Deprive him of what he lusts after!

They are being cheered on by various Quisling right here on FR, its pretty damn disgusting. I want McConnell to lose. Preferably to Bevin, alternatively to Grimer. At this point, he is a bigger threat to conservatives than anyone else could be. What a rank POS. Kentuckians would really be idiots to reelect this clown.

There is only one party in Washington.

That's right, they are the insiders party.

They play fight with each other for our amusement, but they really are on the same side. The bigger the government the more power they have.

It’s the Re-Election Party, dedicated to the personal enrichment of its members at taxpayer expense. Special interests win over the general interest every time. We need term limits at every level—incumbency is the single greatest corrupting influence in our entire political system.

Washington will never reform itself. We need to restore the Constitution, as suggested by Mark Levin and others:
