If you know of any major Christian denomination in the United States that is vocally AGAINST amnesty, feel free to let me know. I haven’t found any yet.
In most cases, the lay people are strongly against it, whereas the clergy in leadership positions are strongly pushing for it. That goes for Catholics and Protestants, as well as other groups like Mormons.

We do know how a couple of the major denominations vote, and the Catholics sure vote for the pro-immigration side, while the major Protestant denomination is almost rabidly anti-liberal in their voting.
