Sounds like the Atlanta cheating scandal, which still has not gone to trial. And the media are sympathetic to those who altered the tests.

Well, I’m not seeing an ethical problem here. They were just trying to give those kids every opportunity and advantage that THEY had. No “pulling up the ladder” here!
