Bibilical charity comes from the heart; redistribution is nothing but theft of hard-won wages, from the productive to the “gibsmedats.”
Redistribution of wealth = success penalty
Redistribution of economic benefits = something potentially very different
That something different I’d interpret as access to markets and opportunity. Which means lower taxes, less regulation, government (the state) taking it’s proper (ie legitimate) steps to limit crony capitalism.
