If there had been a dog or two in the yard where the Volvo crashed there is no telling how many thousands of additional rounds those "highly trained" police officers would have found it necessary to discharge.
There was a time when cops would actually be concerned with where the rounds were actually going...Now its just open up with dozens of rounds, fired by dozens of cops...When no one was even shooting at them...
