This is a strange situation. It seems to me we either agree with the concept of sovereignty and self-determination or we don’t.

You know, my biggest problem with the E.U. was that it usurps the sovereignty of the member nations. I had thought others understood that for themselves, and agreed on that point.

Then this problem in the Ukraine pops up, and some folks have no problem if Russia takes the Ukraine’s sovereignty without the Ukraine’s agreement, but if the Ukraine chooses to give it up to the E.U. by choice, that’s supposed to be wicked.

Very very strange way this is breaking out.
