Once again, the sitting President has abrogated his Constitutional duty.

Affairs of State are the responsibility of The Executive Branch, and those that are elected to serve as President, or those that are appointed, by the President.

Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution, is there a clause, that allows for those married to such of those in The Executive Branch, to deliver to the American public, anything to do with The Ship of State.

So, Michelle, sit down, and put a sock in it!
