Not only is he dumb, but a liar to boot. King used to brag all the time that he was a boyhood friend of Sandy Koufax. He would tell stories of all the times he and Koufax had back in Brooklyn. Anyway, someone finally asked Koufax about Larry King. Koufax’s reply was he never heard of him. King was just making it all up.
