The Nevada Republican Party is defending its decision to remove anti-gay and anti-abortion language from its state platform, saying that the exclusions doesn't mean the party is "for" either issue.
Members of the delegation, meeting with other party members at the Republican National Convention's meeting in Memphis, rebuked Oklahoma Republican National Committee member Carolyn McLarty, who questioned Nevada Republicans' loyalty to the national party's goals in an email, reports The Washington Times.

Nevada says it shortened its platform to benefit voters and candidates, but Arizona RNC member Bruce Ash said he questions the state party's strategy in picking the party's two most divisive issues to eliminate.

I guess anything goes in Nevada. What happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas. Sin City.
Snobs: where racism and appeasing sacrifices flourishes.
Not a problem.
Replace it with pro-family and pro-life language.
I was staying at the same hotel as these pieces of work for 4 days back in 2012 where there were holding their "Winter Meeting"
Bunch of creeps and scam artists who influence legislation to put money in their pockets by stealing it from the rubes, revolting to be in the same space as these arch-criminals.
Now this bunch of money grubbing clowns from Nevada actually has the audacity to say planks against baby killing and homosexual marriage shouldn't even be part of the National Platform.
We'll they and the horse they rode in on can go straight to HELL.
Guess there hoping to get a piece of Reid’s action.
Guess there hoping to get a piece of Reid’s action.
This is the influence (and language), and energy, and passion, that libertarians are bringing to the GOP.
That is why we see libertarians and rinos finding each other, in their joint war against conservatives they are seeing that they share most issues.
Replace it with pro-family and pro-life language.
That won't get it with the RiNO's. There's a gay cabal tearing at the heart of the GOP, and they're feeding their aggression with the extreme celebration of perversion manifesting in the other party and the RatMedia.
Watch, it's a matter of time before the Loggies manage to get anti-"breeder" slurs and insults worked into the platform language.
Betcha a whole pile of pop-bottle tops.
What does “anti-gay” even mean? Or “anti-abortion”, for that matter?
To be “anti-” anything, first the “pro-” must be explained. “Pro-gay”, does that mean to spread the agenda of the activist homosexual community? By proselytizing among populations of heterosexual groups? Seeking redefinitions of existing legal doctrines to fit “new” living arrangements between individuals? Declaring and ascribing criminal intent to overt hostility to certain actions?
What is “pro-abortion”? Is there an unlimited and unquestioned right, any time, anywhere, for pregnancy to be terminated? Is there no limit upon the means by which the pregnancy may be terminated, either at the stage of pregnancy, or the physical means in which the fetus is killed (like a cockroach or something)? What are the safeguards for preserving as much of human dignity and sanctity of life as consistent with the sensibilities of the individuals involved? At what point is there a “go-no go” moment in the pregnancy - if the mother is unsure whether she wants or doesn’t want a child, should not that determination be made at the earliest practical moment? And acted upon without delay?
If there is “anti-” anything, why are these things not clarified in the beginning? There is such a thing as the libertarian point of view, in that feelings remain neutral about the actions and behavior of another, if those actions and behaviors do not impact upon one’s personal life. Neither “anti-” nor “pro-”, just so it does not register on personal involvement in the controversy.
Take your nastiness and histrionics elsewhere.

Really, the Nevada GOP can’t take criticism after a divisive actions why the Nevada GOP sounds like lockstep groupthinking leftists.
Actually, the woman who started it is a National Committeewoman from Oklahoma.
Her tenure is too secure and too sweet if she's going around starting stuff like that.
The RiNO's are trolling for homosexual money, of which there's way too much floating around politics -- the homosexuals have bought and bullied their way to power.
No, it isn't them -- it's the homosexual NGO's themselves, working through the Log Cabins and GOProud, attacking the leadership of the RNC and supplanting het leadership with gays and biddable hets who, e.g., got compromised in one of those tony privilege academies 30 years ago ...... and now the real bill comes due, when the GOP-e are required to sell out every man, woman, and child in America to the homosexual movement.
It is all of the elements that are against conservatism on social issues, that means all liberal elements that are not in the democrat party itself,
It means libertarian republicans and rino republicans, Log Cabin republicans are of that group.
Only Democrat positions are accepted.
RINOs love to call abortion and gays “divisive issues.” Instead they want to focus on issues that are not divisive like cutting Social Security and Medicare.
How about PRO-LIFE and PRO-TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE?
Those planks in the platform ARE necessary because those planks DEFINE OUR VALUES.
And if you are unwilling to stand up for your values, then you have NOTHING to offer!
Good luck winning any elections, losers
Being from Nevada, I can tell you, the local Republican Party sucks big time. Think I’ll be sitting this round out.
