The Catholic Church does more to feed, clothe, etc. the people of the world than any other church. Sheer numbers. So what is your point?

What happened with the resignation of Pope Benedict? Now we have a socialist/communist pope? What is going on here? I am a Catholic since birth and yes I do wonder what is up with this Pope. Sorry, but I do not accept him as authority over Christ’s Church. There is a definite change in direction for the Church and it is toward socialism/ communism. Not going there sorry... Surely you are not willfully neglecting to ignore how many Catholic Charities have a direct feeding tube into the US Treasury? All avenues to the treasury crafted by elected US Catholic politicians. 'You know' like Obamacare, which I am considering calling forever more, 'Catholic-Care'. I mean really now, it is full of 'benefits' for some, paid for by the tax collectors in charge and redistributed by the gods of the state. Saint Boner sure has refused to pull that funding plug of benefit redistribution!!!!!
