I was there last in late 1990s to take my grandkids to Disneyland and swore I would never set foot in the state again, even after having lived in Sacrament for a brief time in the early 1960s. There is a reason some refer to it as Mexifornia . The GOP should just give up over there they are never going to win any election other than in some of the stronghold communities such as North San Diego and parts of Orange county.
