Heck yeah, the laws are all convoloted but we used to shoot jack rabbits out of the back of a truck running down the road in CA.
When I lived in Ca they gave you a $5 bounty for two coyote ears.
When I Jeep hunt and see birds, I have to jump out to shoot them. No shooting from a vehicle.
