The Mountain View store has been open for several years, the San Jose store still hasn’t been approved..WOW! Government at all levels is totally out of control.
The parasite class in government is dominated by sadistic people who wake up each day relishing making our lives miserable.

Binding,
Torturing, and
Killing women.
Why you ask?
He got hisself a job as a building code inspector. It seems he derived enough pleasure from tormenting homeowners who wanted to add a deck or pave their driveway that he didn't feel the need to get his jollies slowly murdering helpless women.
