This may have some similarity to “conservatives” backing open border Taylor Griffin against Walter Jones.

The bogus poll they put out has Brnovich winning 33-32 Horne. Not convincing.

Sounds like they want to replace a Tom Horne with a Jeff Flake.
The Arizona GOP opposed the ballot measure in 2004. The AZ GOP has been slow to address immigration. It was people power: Russell Pearce, Arpaio and that wing of the party
The same sort of liberals say that Kris Kobach should not be allowed to have a Super PAC and should not be allowed to be involved with a gun manufacturer. That someone makes him of questionable character.
