TOPEKA, KS, May 12, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) -- The nation's largest abortion clinic has dropped its lawsuit over whether a state can deny funding to abortion clinics.
On Friday, Planned Parenthood stopped suing the state of Kansas after it was ordered to pay $1,300 to cover part of the cost of the state's defense. The ruling was made by a three-judge panel in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

If an organization sues a state and loses the organiztion is not under any obligation to reimburse the state?

Dr. Alveda King (niece of MLK, Jr) has taken up the fight against abortion... I can’t say much for those others except Margaret Sanger and company in the 1920’s said that they would use black ministers to help carry out their genocide against blacks. Seems like they are succeeding and folks like Jesse Jackson have been duped into doing eheir bidding.
