Pretty good program on this making the rounds of PBS stations this month - talks about how old antibiotics are not effective against the newer strains of gram negative microbes and how it costs nearly a billion dollars to develop a new antibiotic and make it available to fight these strains - sad to think how many billions the country has wasted on this scam Obamacare and how the money could have been used instead to provide some genuine medical benefit - if you catch the show, be sure to stay tuned to the final scene - it’ll bring a smile to your face and maybe a tear to your eye......
