Allowing birth certificates to be fictional sort of defeats their purpose.
A genetic male cannot be a mother. Likewise, a woman does not create sperm and cannot be a father. It’s not possible. So what do we call someone (a lawmaker for example) who lives in their own world of make believe? We call them mentally ill. Based on the number of lawmakers voting for this fantasy, California is stark, raving bonkers.
Ridiculous and disgusting.
