It’s all about location ... remember when Lions stadium sold just a year or two ago for $500k ... you could bulldoze the asphalt parking lot for resale to a paving company and recoup your entire purchase...

Yes, a 40 acre parcel in mid town. They could probably demolish the mall and move the rubble for several million. Maybe not too bad a deal.

You made me look up pulverized/crushed concrete ,, looks like it sells for $17-$22 a cubic yard depending on the location... steel and copper are other valuables you could reclaim ... I’m not an estimator but you could likely break even parting it out and have a good parcel to sell afterwards with all the prep already in place (sewers/water/electric).

Thanks for the link. 35 years ago I’d say go look for him in Portsmouth. My last year in we were dry-docked there. I hated going out of there at night.

It is a little off the path of I77. I tried the S&S a few times, not really my thing.

However is there is Theatre Rowe which is improv comedy dinner mystery theater. It was a chance discovery and we’ve gone back a lot.

Credit card theft can happen just about any place. I was checking our AMX cc statement a while back and found that we had spent $3000. at a night club in Seoul Korea. Who knew?I don’t remember a thing! s/

I chided AMX for letting it get that far. If we HAD gone to Korea that is the cc we would have put our airline tickets on so they should have known it was a scam.

You are much younger than I am, apparently. Cafeterias are not popular with younger people and are not a profitable business except in certain areas.

The mystery/improv comedy theater sounds like fun. Hope it prospers and remains a long time. BTW, downtown has awesome potential, and I have seen great improvement in the last 5 years.
