Breitbart is NOT Blackberry friendly. Do they mention which .22 cal rimfire determines the ten round tubular limit. It do make a difference.

Certainly the pointy ones are banned. That's no-brainer. Only our nation's great military should have the pointy bullets. America doesn't need these cop killing bullets on our streets. The Army needs to cop killers, but not Jane Q. Public.

Those insidious black ones on the left are banned too, especially the very tiny one that could more easily be concealed. Because of their ominous color, that means they're probably explosive or designed to kill black people.

The very large one in the middle is banned because nobody needs a bullet that big. I mean, just LOOK at it.

Capacity is probably determined by the number of ANY .22 round that can fit in the magazine, including the lowly little CB cap.

The law does not deserve to be obeyed. I don't really care if the government brands me as a criminal, turn about being fair play and all, I think the government is comprised of criminals and usurpers, and have zilch respect for it - except the sort of respect one gives the mafia.
