This is a case of where there is more trash in the TV station than in the Dump Truck.

Maybe the dump truck was coming to make a deposit and the brakes failed.

Their local programming has sucked for years. And the signal itself. I live only a few miles from that station and it STILL comes in distorted.

Maybe the ramming will clear up the signal.
