Why, you may even have to solicit campaign contributions using White House telephone lines, right Al???
If you're conservative and and not beholden to their cause (which is total leftist power), watch out because they will take your money and your freedom.
Al Gore supports term limits too. I'd have never believed it.
That's the short version.
It's a Representative Constitutional Republic.
Oh yeah, Al Gore, you certainly did more then your share in hacking our democracy.
Unions, Left-Leaning Groups Dominate List of Largest Political Donors
Twelve of the top 20 political donors from 1989 to 2014 have been unions, which overwhelmingly support Democratic causes, according to an analysis done by OpenSecrets.org’s Center for Responsive Politics.
Seven of the top 10 donors overall give almost exclusively to politicians or groups on the left.

Koch Bros come in 59th.
14 of the top 16 are demonrats.
I still have Al Franken and Manbearpig telling me we need to get money out of politics.
It has been ‘Gored” by corrupt incompetents like you Al.
“Al Gore: Our democracy has been hacked “
Good, because we live in a Republic you idiot.
Fixed it
We need to fix the Constitution and fix (neuter) a few rats.
And that's just Al Gore! They beg other rich people too!
The guy writes this as if it's true.
Gore did win the popular vote but the bit about the Supreme Court giving the presidency to Bush is pure nonsense. Pretty much the opposite is true. The Florida Supreme Court was trying to give the win to Algore but the U.S. Supreme Court prevented it on a 9-0 decision, basically a slap-down.
I think a question that should be asked of Gore everytime he spouts idiocy(I know every time he opens his mouth) is Hey Dilbert, why couldnt you carry your home state in the election against Bush?. If it doesnt shut him up at least the color change in his face should be amusing.
Insanity can be fun to watch.
Free speech is one thing but abject stupidity and inability to see the reality before them should disqualify them from "journalism".
There is so much incorrect in the above statement it's amazing.
What “democracy”?
The territory once known as “the United States of America” has NEVER had a “democracy” it has always been a representative republic, which chooses its representatives by ballot. Whether this is what may be called “democracy” is open to debate, as there are several different meanings for the word, and some of them are almost diametric opposites of each other.
Now, the process of selecting the names of whom shall be included on the ballot, is by itself, a highly un-democratic process, usually done for various interests by packed caucuses in a hot, crowded hall by self-selected factions that may or my not represent the majority interest of the community.
Or the mob standing out on a street corner, demanding submission to their demands, or they go on a rampage and cause enormous property damage, if the demands are not met in very short order.
In both of these scenarios, there is the spectre of compulsion and threats of violence, and yet, both are, somehow, “democracy”, and therefore sacred. And yet they are totally incompatible with each other.
algore is a despicable subhuman being.
