Acadia included parts of neighboring provinces as well; the French were also removed from the mostly coastal areas they settled in them. New France included a large part of upstate NY and other areas later included in the colonies; Ft. Ticonderoga was originally the French fort Carillon.

It’s a beautiful place, Nova Scotia.

I flew my Lear Jet there once but I’m kind of vain like that.

Yes.

It’s interesting how history worked out.

I’ve never been there. I believe you it’s beautiful.

This thread has made me want to go this summer. (Not because of the shorts).

The expuslion didn;t work out; Quebec is still the most populous province, and all Canadians are required to learn French along with English in school...

My thoughts exactly. (:

This is pretty much a non-issue. It'd be like banning rain boots here in Phoenix.

Sadly, these young girls have been lead to believe being provocative is empowering. You see, to a liberal cesspool mind, manipulating others to try and push them to a lower denominator is empowering. Why else would the fools idolize a sexual predator/rapist like clintoon, or a degenerate like little barry bastard boy?

I do agree with the empowering comment.

It has always amazed me how women seem to swoon around Clinton. The guy hasn’t be faithful to any of his sex interests. So more women want on that band wagon?

You know, a lot of women amaze me with their choices.

If you asked them, they’d probably lay out some ground rules like, he must be faithful, loving, treat me nice...

This guy never treated anyone that way in his life beyond ten minutes. Makes you wonder about Hillary, and why she was such a clinger.

Well, not really, we all know why. Look at her...

I think a rule that states shorts must have at least a 3” inseaam would be reasonable for girls and maybe 5” for boys.

76% Yes, children shouldn't dress that way 658 votes

Now 821 Yes votes but still only 76%. I figured Freepers would up the percentage quickly but guess I was wrong.

Dang! These polls are so bogus. If they don’t like the way it’s going, they just stop counting the “wrong” votes.
