A large percentage of that money to be wasted on BS taken from taxpayers who are payinhpg more percentage wise than they ever have before (tax deductions taken away is still a tax increase no matter what unicorn fairy magic dust spin they put on it)...

That will buy a lot of bonuses and office furniture for IRS officials.

Yeah, I saw some Libs trumpeting this out on FB. One even made the insane comment that Obama would leave office with a surplus.
Dead silence followed when I pointed out two inconvenient truths: first, wouldn't we expect that tax revenues would jump in April - when most people and businesses file their annual and quarterly returns? Second, Obama's own handpicked Fed Chair
just said that the coming deficits are going to reach unsustainable levels

The notion we cannot balance the budget today is a lie perpetuated by politicians of both political parties. The revenue exists for a balanced budget. It is the lack of will to prioritize and control spending that prevents us from having a fiscally sound government and strong economy.

With all the tax increases on the 1 percenters and others why should this be a surprise.

Think of all the jobs and economic growth that $1.75 TRILLION would have funded if it hadn’t been forcibly confiscated.
