The handbook states that students are subject to disciplinary action when they wear clothing that "is deemed vulgar, inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive to the educational process (e.g., advertising/display of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, sexual innuendo).
So, if someone wears a Michael Sam jersey, it would be treated similarly Miss Dever?

seems like the same case of firearm fears can be compared to fear about race.
some people claim to fear black people because - - - and they claim ‘legitimate’ reasons.
other people claim to fear firearms because - - - and they claim ‘legitimate’ reasons.
some people claim that black people make them feel - - -
others claim that firearms make them feel - - -
some people are told that they’re being irrational and that they need to overcome their fears. guess which ones?
we need to show the parallel’s in reasoning between race and firearms to show people how un reasonable their anti-gun arguments really are.

Years ago I had a student wear a shirt with a cowboy riding a hog. This was at the time when a number of college Frats were engaging in “Pig Rodeo”. I asked him to turn it inside out. I explained to him what the shirt was referring to and he got all read an embarrassed. He turned it inside out and I never saw it again. Later his sister told me he burned it.

The kid should come in the next day and say that he is honoring his marxists and African roots (or atoning for his whiteness) by wearing the Flag of Mozambique:
