Yeh what happened to the first $600 billion?

I can tell you what happened to some of it. Lawrenceville Highway which runs past my SD is a perfectly fine 4 lane road. No potholes etc. They repaved the whole section near us and changed the lanes and turn areas so now you can only turn into our SD going one way. If you are going the wrong way you have to go down to the intersection turn left and then another left into the other end of the SD. So now its worse.

During the construction phase the work crews getting the shovel ready jobs consisted of one white guy (American) and a crew of illegal alien Hispanics.

It seems like traffic departments in Colorado may be smoking some of the states new product. They want to put Traffic Circles on US highway 287 in Ft Collins. I suppose they could get on it and like a merrygoround drive in circle until they run out of gas.
