Picture yourself as a poor, helpless jumping mouse, minding your own business. A cow walks over and "PLOP", cuts loose a cowpie that drops right on top of you!(it was an Environmentalist, Democrat, bureaucrat cow, they are full of "cowpies" [family friendly forum here])

Oh the horror!

Oh the agony!

Not even a rodent should have to die that way!

To save these helpless creatures, we must instead cover America's PEOPLE with Environmentalist, Democrat, bureaucrat "cowpies"!

It seems to me that cows would increase mice populations. Rodents eat insects and cows definitely increase insect populations. I think the something else is just the arrogant abuse of power. The Fed. gov. seems to be utterly drunk on it now.
