Modern World is Still Premodern in Many Ways

Nigeria's homegrown, al-Qaeda-linked militant group, Boko Haram, brags openly that it recently kidnapped about 300 young Nigerian girls. It boasts that it will sell them into sexual slavery.

Those terrorists have a long and unapologetic history of murdering kids who dare to enroll in school, and Christians in general. For years, Western aid groups have pleaded with the State Department to at least put Boko Haram on the official list of terrorist groups. But former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's team was reluctant to come down so harshly, in apparent worry that some might interpret such condemnation as potentially offensive to Islamic sensitivities.

Instead, Western elites now flood Facebook and Twitter with angry postings about Boko Haram -- either in vain hopes that public outrage might deter the terrorists, or simply to feel better by loudly condemning the perpetrators.

The Obama administration has exhausted the vocabulary of outrage in condemning the aggressions of Russia's Vladimir Putin. We habitually lecture Mr. Putin that he does not understand it is no longer the 19th century, when blood and arms once settled differences. But Putin has no apologies for his 19th-century worldview of stronger powers dictating to weaker ones as they please. (Nor does Boko Haram have any apologies for slavery.)

The Left wages a propaganda war with selective Alinskyite enforcement against certain heretics. Outside of America’s border its bluff has been called, and since none of the left’s gayrods are worth a damn the propaganda war cannot make an example of the transgressors.

What we need to remember is that humanity NEVER changes. The strong will ALWAYS seek to rule the weak unless there is someone stronger imposing moral order upon them.

This is why atheism doesn’t work. There is no superior moral authority to an atheist. He is his own god and makes his own rules. Therefore whatevere he says is correct to him. This plunges us straight back into “Might makes right”

Western civilization is founded on a Judeo-Christian basis. God has laid down certain laws that He expects men to follow. This provides a moral framework within which strong men operate. All progress we have made has been due to this one fact.

Forgetting this, or ignoring it as the liberals are want to do, is a recipe for disaster. Even with the best technology and the best weapons and the best fighting men, a nation that refuses to recognize it’s own culture is superior to others and needs to be defended will be over run by the savages who still believe in might makes right.

The USA under the current liberal regime is in danger of being over run. We’ve already lost some cities (Dearborn Mi for example) and are in danger of losing many more.

We need to get back to our moral Christian foundation and expunge the enemy from our shores.
