Actually he’s a good person, just misinformed. He’s had two best sellers, loves his wife and children, volunteers by reading at grade schools, and has a profession where he helps people. He supports the military and school vouchers. Its just a matter of time before he comes around. He needs to stop listening to NPR.

If you want to help him, you have to address THE base assumption that leads libs to be libs,

and sometimes they are not willing to even discuss it, because it goes to the heart of the condition of man.

Liberalism stems from the humanist belief that we’re all “basically good” and that any evil in the world is environmentally caused.

True reality, however, lies in the fact that man is fallen, limited in moral stamina, and cannot be trusted with power over his fellow man because of inevitable abuse of that power.
