Had they not been white, the racial doors would have stayed shut. Fine example would be, oh, say, Clarence Thomas. Oh, wait he’s black. If you ever get to read his biography, it’s very good.
Or to put it another way, Oprah Winfrey has three billion dollars. I’m white, and I do not have three billion dollars. I’m not complaining, but my wife and I have a microscopic amount of money compared to Oprah. I guess she had black privilege.
