24.5 Million? Why do we need to waist money on something stupid like circumcision? Circumcision is not necessary.

UHHHH? Only men catch and spread AIDS?? Why not female circumcisions too? Ka Ching Ka Ching all the way to the bank. There has to be a lot of $$$$ behind this decision. I’m sure all those deaths on Fire Island NY weren’t all uncircumcised males.

Circumcision and AIDS/HIV

What one have to do with the other?

Remember, no fat is available in the budget to be cut...NONE!

Most American males are circumcised, it has not prevent 1 case of STD or HIV. The male prison population, has high rates of it, when the inmate is released, their partner or wife is NOT informed, thus it is passed on to any female in that persons sexual life. Nor is the State or Fed, required to disclose it to a spouse or partner.

With the current meds they can drive HIV so low, it can’t be detected. It takes the IDIOT RC a month to process a unit of blood.

Hubby’s brother died of this went from healthy to dead in 9 months. NO FAMILY MEMBER IS ALLOWED TO GIVE BLOOD. Crazy thing is IT IS NOT GENETIC! But they are still BANNED from donating blood. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/creutzfeldt-jakob-disease/basics/definition/con-20028005

Correct. Mothers should have taught hygiene, to both sexes. It would prevent Honeymoonitis or Cystitis, in other words a UT or urniray track infection when girls first become sexually active and are not taught what to do after wards about cleaning them selves. Ditto goes for males circumcised or not.

One of the worse causes of a UT in a female are bubble baths.
