To: C. Edmund Wright

It is in the White House’s interest to stir conflict within the Republican ranks.
It may be true, or it might be White House lies.

Whatever conflict there is in the Republican ranks is due more to inept leadership within the party than anything the White Hut is doing. The GOP is directionless and devoid of any grounding principles. Just my opinion.

Well, you’re certainly right. The Democrats would love to sow dissent in Republican ranks. The problem, however, is Boehner, Cantor, Rubio, etc. make no bones about how much they personally want comprehensive immigration reform, aka amnesty. The lies work, if they’re that, because there’s more than an element of truth to them. I don’t know about you, but I don’t trust Boehner, Cantor, or the rest of the so-called GOPe one bit.
