First they lost their television show. Now the Benham brothers say they are losing their business.

SunTrust Banks is cutting ties with would-be reality stars David and Jason Benham after liberal activists attacked them for their conservative views on abortion and gay marriage, The Daily Caller has learned.

In a statement provided first to TheDC on Friday, the Benham brothers confirmed that SunTrust Banks has pulled all of its listed properties with the Benham brothers’ bank-owned property business, which includes several franchisees across four states.

The company is quite conservative, so I do not believe this decision was born internally. They probably received outside pressure.

In other words they have no spine.
When the going gets tough ... fold.

SunTrust can be easily targeted and frozen, unlike some other enemies. Aren’t they all over the south?

People can liquidate their accounts and go somewhere else.
Organize a boycott.
Southern attorneys general can investigate the business practices of the company.

Start treating the fascists the way they treat us.

I happen to know someone who is very high up in SunTrust HR. The company is quite conservative, so I do not believe this decision was born internally. They probably received outside pressure.

Banks are heavily regulated. It could have been unofficial pressure from government.

Cowards! We need to do the same thing, bring pressure to stop this. It can succeed even more than the other side. We’ve shown that with Chick-fil-A and Duck Dynasty. Fight to win!

I just wrote them an email telling them their correct response to the gaystapo should be:

“We are in the business of handling banking transactions for the profit of our shareholders. We are required be law not to discriminate against any one person or group. It is not our business to police or enforce any political viewpoints”

“”I’m glad I pulled my SunTrust accounts last year””

I wish I had some Sun Trust accounts to close! Hopefully, those who disagree with their decision and do bank there will do the same as you have!

This is pure fascism. Support of the homo agenda is the Mark of the Beast I guess.

I don’t understand what happened to free speech. I thought we were all entitled to our own opinions and could voice them. I hear opinions from the liberals and do not always like or agree with what they say but I do not boycott them.

Am I supposed to take offense if someone offers me a senior discount? I mean, aren’t they applying a label to me?

Someone tell me what I am allowed to think and say! I miss the forties and fifties. Am I allowed to say I miss Joe McCarthy. Does that put me on an enemies list? Oh this 21st century is so confusing to me!!!

The only way to stop this kind of crap is for Christian, and true Americans who believe in choice, to pull all of their business from SunTrust.

No one will sing it from the pulpits. That would be separation of BANK AND STATE and the churches can’t have that.

You get these things when colleges started handing out master’s degrees in “human resource management.” Products of said masters programs are where you get numbskull policies like not having a job disqualifies an applicant for employment.

That’s right up there with getting a loan is easier when you can prove you really don’t need it.

“Accept the mark of the communist-Islamist-administered Beast, or you will not be allowed to buy and sell.”

It’s very Scriptural. And it’s here.

I have developed a very low tolerance for HR asshattery. The thing that pushed into the anti HR camp was several years ago when the company I’m with now wanted to put me on the payroll after I had been on contract. They had me submit my resume to HR for the job posting. A week later they sent me back a form letter a week later telling me that I didn’t meet the qualifications for position. Never mind that I had been doing that job as a contractor for the past two years or that I helped build the group at this company ten years ago. It took a manager a week to get the HR morons to pull their heads out of their asses.

Wouldn't be the first time for the Obama administration.

They need to be honest about it and put up “No Christians Allowed” signs on their front doors.

So a gay man can force a photographer to do business with them otherwise it is discrimination.

So surely, if a business cuts ties to somebody because of religious beliefs that is also discrimination. Right?

We need to start suing based on religious discrimination.
