Not just stautory (so-called “Civil Right” legislation

But also Constitutional Freedom of Religion/Association > legislative

No legislation should ever trump a Constitutional right, esp First Amendment ones

It is becoming legal in a number of ways. As for now, it's mostly fashionable.
