Obama Administration Paves Way for Obamacare Bailout

A 436-page stack of regulations released on Friday by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) paved the way for the Obama administration to bailout health insurers who lost money on Obamacare.

Originally, the Obama administration promised its so-called "risk corridors"--a program to shift money from profit-making insurers to underperforming insurers to keep down premiums--would be temporary. On Friday, however, HHS said despite the fact that it expects there will be sufficient funds available, "in the unlikely event of a shortfall for the 2015 program year... [the Department of Health and Human Services] will use other sources of funding for the risk corridor payment" and that additional funding would "be subject to the availability of appropriations."

A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state's Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.

EXHIBIT TWO Obamacare is a vehicle for consolidating Dummycrat power.....w/ a multi-billion dollar slush fund over and above the billions the states are stealing.

The Untraceable $8 Billion ObamaCare PR Budget---truly govt fraud at its finest. Egged on by Pelosi, no one in Congress told Americans about Section 4002---which mandates an $8B untraceable fund to "promote" Obamacare (apparently b/c Boobamba had so little confidence in his signature legislation).

In 2010 Taxpayers are extorted $500 million, in 2011, $750 million, 2012, $1 billion, 2013, $1.25 billion, 2014, $1.5 billion and in 2015 and on, $2 billion........

....the reasons for all those O/Care delays, fixits, exemptions, waivers, extensions, etc, are crystal clear.

How many? Well, in the senate, ... everyone Except Ted Cruz, and Mike Lee. They tried to stop this

Oh.... in fact, they got reprimanded by everyone else, except a few, Marco Rubio, that amnesty man, is the only one I remember.

But, for some reason, we never not ever, hear Ted Cruz’ name when hearing about the ‘unexpected’ failure of Obamacare

This will make the Chrysler/GM bailout look like pennies tossed into a fountain.

Either way, taxpayers cover the skyrocketing costs. With the bailout, the insurance companies can artificially keep the premium growth suspended thus hiding it from the taxpayers and keeping the media compliant.

Spreading the wealth around indeed.

Remember when the Obama Regime was working over the CBO trying to get them to keep the estimated cost of CommieCare under a trillion dollars?

I remember it well during his "sell" to Congress. He never did sell it to the American people.

It appears his promise of not adding one dime to the deficit has been scrubbed from the internet search engines but I did find this reference.......
